Northbridge Partners is an emerging manager that is leveraging the successful, integrated real estate operating platform of Northbridge Group headquartered in Oakland, California. Founded in 1991 by John Guillory, Northbridge Group is a real estate services firm that, under Mr. Guillory’s direction, has developed an extensive list of Fortune 500 clients and partners. In 2006, formed Northbridge Partners, a subsidiary of Northbridge Group, to capitalize on his relationships and focus on real estate investment and development activities for his clients.
Northbridge’s investment strategy is to invest nationally in markets that Fortune 500 companies consider strategically and operationally essential. Northbridge focuses its acquisition efforts on areas where these companies have a high concentration of employees and infrastructure, and with clients where Northbridge has unique visibility into how these companies’ real estate portfolios will evolve. To maximize operational efficiencies and its ability to add value, Northbridge prefers markets in which it has the opportunity to own a critical mass of properties comprising at least one million square feet and where it can leverage its:
• Broad network of relationships with corporate real estate executives, national retailers and local government officials
• Affiliate relationships with Concordis Advisors (“Concordis”), a national commercial real estate services company, and Strategic Urban Development Alliance, LLC (“SUDA”), a real estate construction management and development services firm
• Sustainable real estate knowledge and expertise with LEED certified professionals
• Comprehensive asset management, facility management, and leasing and brokerage capabilities.

Mr. John Guillory, President and CEO,
Northbridge Group, brings nearly
four decades of real estate services and investment experience to his role as
President and CEO of Northbridge Group.
Mr. Guillory founded Northbridge Group in 1991 and in 2006, formed
Northbridge Partners, a subsidiary of Northbridge Group, to capitalize on his
relationships and focus on real estate investment and development activities
for his clients. Prior to Northbridge,
Mr. Guillory worked for Grubb & Ellis for twenty years as Senior Vice
President of marketing and sales and was Chairman of the company's Executive

Ms. Jean Bellas, Director of Asset Services and identified by The Wall Street Journal as “one of the nation’s top 10 real estate visionaries”, has over thirty years experience in the development of large scale real estate acquisition and design programs for corporations and organizations. She is the CEO of SPACE, a real estate professional advisory company focused on designing and implementing sustainable workplaces that drive optimal performance from an organization’s employees. In 2008, a SPACE subsidiary, SPACE MEXICO, was awarded by MIPIM, an international real estate forum in Cannes, France, the 1st place prize in an international competition as the “Best Green High Rise Tower” and 3rd place as the Best High Rise Tower Design, for The Efizia Tower in Santa Fe, Mexico.
